Athletics Update: Tonight the boys and girls basketball teams travel to Braham for a Section 5A matchup. The girls will begin at 5:30pm, followed by the boys at 7:00pm. Thursday will be Senior Night for the girls basketball team. The seniors will be recognized after the conclusion of the JV game and before Varsity warmups. It is recommended to get there by 6:30pm. Friday will be Parents Night for the boys basketball team. Parents of all 9th - 12th grade members will be recognized after the conclusion of the JV game and before Varsity warmups. It is recommended to get there by 6:30pm. Lastly, the Royalton/Upsala Royals wrestling team kicks off playoffs this week with team sections at Royalton on Thursday. Good luck!

Our Jr. High Knowledge bowlers finished 1st and 2nd place at their last regular season meet today. I am excited to see what these teams can do at regionals in a few weeks!

SHOES! SHOES! SHOES! Thank you once again to ENDURUNCE SHOP for the large donation! Thank you to all individuals who have donated thus far! The students are still collecting shoes for the 2025 Ireland/Scotland trip. Please bring gently used shoes to the Upsala School commons. (To help with the process, shoes with strings can be tied in pairs.)

A few quick updates on events happening tonight ... Girls' Basketball will start JV at 6:00pm in Upsala, however it is now one half of JV only due to Verndale having a few players out. Parents should arrive by 6:20pm to allow time for parents night before Varsity starts their warmups. Boys' Basketball will start C-Squad at 5:00pm in Swanville, which will be just one half of C-Squad only. Jr. High Girls' Basketball will play Browerville in Upsala at 4:30pm, starting with the 8th grade playing one half only, followed by a normal game with two halves for 7th grade. Thank you and Go Cardinals!

The girls' basketball team will be having "Parents Night" tomorrow, February 6th as the Cardinals host the Verndale Pirates. It will begin directly after the conclusion of the JV game (which starts at 6:00pm), meaning all parents that plan to attend should arrive by 6:45pm to make sure they don't miss it. Thank you parents, and Go Cardinals!

Congratulations to Clayton who recently mastered division! Chloe also mastered subtraction. Way to go!
