The 2nd graders worked hard to design bird feeder prototypes during science yesterday. There were some very creative designs!

Congratulations to our new Xtra Math Masters in 2nd grade! Maddie now knows all her addition facts. Mason and Brea mastered their subtraction facts. Way to go!

The Upsala boys' basketball team will host the first round of the Section 5A playoffs on Thursday, March 7th at 7:00pm. The Minnesota State High School League (like last year) is pushing online ticket sales for the event and controls the ticket prices for all postseason activities. Tickets can be purchased online at the link attached. Online prices will be $8.00 for Adults and $5.00 for Students. TWO very big accomplishments were achieved tonight by Upsala student-athletes. Junior Dakota Soltis eclipsed the 1,000 point mark in her career, hitting a three-pointer in the second half against Hinckley-Finlayson tonight to reach the achievement. Junior Brandon Mugg punched his ticket back to the Minnesota Class A State Wrestling Tournament, making it his second year in a row heading down to the Xcel Energy Center. Congrats Dakota & Brandon! #CardinalPride

Our 9th grade Knowledge Bowl team did great at their Regional Meet today with some really hard questions. They had a great season!
