Upsala 9th grader Genevieve Mrozek made history last night at the BBE Track & Field Invitational, breaking the USA Patriots program record for girls' discus! Genevieve threw a distance of 103-06, breaking the old record of 94-00. Congratulations Genevieve!


The Upsala Jr. High softball game in Browerville this evening has been cancelled. The Jr. High softball team will instead have practice after school.

The USA JV baseball game against Holdingford for this afternoon has been moved from the UBA Field in Upsala to Holdingford High School. The game will still begin at 4:15pm, it will be on the Holdingford JV Field behind the school.
USA Varsity baseball will still play in Swanville at 4:30pm.

It has been a fun start to the day! Competition will be going all day long. But. Now we have a break until after 1 for our next matchup!

A productive first day for the Upsala Robotics team. Passed our inspections by noon and got onto the field for some practices. We were also joined by Hope Riska from the Gene Haas Foundation where we received another $2500 grant towards Robotics.




The 2nd grade class spent the day learning how maple syrup is made. Thank you to St. John's Outdoor University for the great experience!










Juniors and Sophomores from Upsala Schools attended Morrison County Career Day at the Morrison County Center. Students were able to explore all the careers at the county level. Thank you to all the Morrison County employees who presented to us today!



After a three and a half hour delay the band is about to take off. Unfortunately we won't make our scheduled performance at Give Kids the World tonight, but excited to finally get underway!


Today is National Paraprofessional Day! Upsala Area Schools would like to recognize our paraprofessionals for their hard work and dedication to the students and staff here at UAS! Thank you for all you do!
