7:45pm - #2 Pine River-Backus vs. #4 Upsala
The Upsala game will NOT start any earlier than 7:45pm, even if the first game is ahead of schedule. Fans can enter through either the East or South entrances of the high school.
Tickets will be cashless, NO cash will be accepted. It will be $10 for adults, $5 for students. You can purchase with a credit card at the door, or ahead of time online using the link provided.

We are checking to see if there is any interest in a school spectator bus for the volleyball semifinal game on Monday, November 2nd at Crobsy-Ironton High School.
It is a quick turnaround, we will need to know by the end of the day today (4:00pm) if there is enough people/interest to make the bus affordable.
If interested, please sign up at the District office today. It will be $10 per person if we have enough people sign up, this does NOT include your ticket to get into the game.
The game is at 7:45pm, bus will leave the parking lot at 6:00pm.

He's heading back! Upsala senior Quinn Guthrie punched his ticket once again to the MSHSL Class A State Cross Country Meet this evening! Quinn placed 4th out of the 129 runners at the Section Meet and will run on Saturday, November 7th at Majestic Oaks Golf Club.

How about those Cardinals?! The Upsala Volleyball team had the #4 seed heading into the Section 5A Quarterfinals tonight, taking on #1 seed Mille Lacs. The girls pulled off the upset, winning 3-1 and advancing to the Section Semifinals!
They will now take on #2 seed Pine River-Backus on Monday night in Crosby-Ironton. It will be a doubleheader, as the other semifinal will be played before their game.

Our juniors and seniors were able to hear from Sgt. Tyler Picotte with the Army National Guard to learn about Financial Planning/Budgeting today. Thank you Camp Ripley and Sgt. Tyler Picotte for taking the time to meet with our students to help prepare them for their futures!
The Cardinals travel to Isle tonight to take on the Mille Lacs Raiders in the Section 5A Playoffs. The game will not be live streamed, but it will be on the radio at 94.3 FM KKIN.

Students were able to play the song "5 Little Pumpkins" on Boomwhackers (Pitched Percussion Tubes) in music class to celebrate Halloween. Pictured is the 2nd grade class.

Family and Consumer Science 1 students have been learning how to hand stitch and have completed making felt creations!
4th grade students have been working on their recorder skills during music class. 2 students have earned their black belts and 2 have earned their double black belts! Way to go!!!
