Upsala's CTE Department has been working hard at increasing the high-tech opportunities for students that come through the program. In recent years Mrs. Schleper and Mr. Robertson have worked to increase the amount of upper level technology available to students within the shop environment. These equipment items include a Desktop CNC Router, a 4'x4' CNC Plasma Table, two Universal Laser Systems for burning and engraving, a Logic Trace Board, a desktop CNC Mill that was recently acquired this year, a Roland Plotter for stickers, signs and banner making, plus from a large grant provided by Monstanto a PROTOmax Waterjet Table.
