In this class you will learn about personal safety, self defense, situational awareness and how to avoid potential dangers. We will discuss levels of threat and ways to defuse a potentially violent encounter. You will learn ways to defend yourself though attacking weak points on the body and ways to escape holds and grabs. This class is partially lecture and partially hands-on training. Please wear comfortable clothing and something you do not mind if it is grabbed onto. Ages 12 and up, families are encouraged. Be aware adult topics and discussions will be presented.
