Buddy Day for our Flag Football kids is tomorrow after school. They will be bussed to Swanville and return by 5:30. Students NEED a note/permission slip in order to attend.
Our weight training class is really working hard understanding the weight room and learning how to get toned through Volleyball season. Our two injured reserve members are working hard retraining their muscles with band work.
