Our 7th and 9th Grade Health classes had the opportunity to learn about where our breakfast and lunches come from and why we get served certain amounts of food to keep us happy and healthy. A HUGE thank you to Head Cook Alice and her crew for teaching us about nutrition in school

Jr. High Music students spent time this morning singing for the residents of the senior living facility. We also took time to play Bingo and chat with the residents. Thank you for welcoming us! Fun!

ATTENTION FAMILIES OF SENIORS:
This is a heads up that the yearbook needs your senior portraits and baby pictures. The sooner you can turn them in the better, but the actual deadline is the last day of school before Christmas break. Email them to dancheney@upsala.k12.mn.us or bring them in and we can scan them. Thanks!

In PE this week we are doing the push-up, sit-up, mile test.
