The preschoolers spent some time working on a project called “Treats for Troops."
They collected change, brought it to the bank to be counted, and raised $373. They then used that money to make projects, cards, and special packages for soldiers around Veterans Day.
The treats were mailed at Thanksgiving time, to show thanks by giving.
Two boxes were sent to troops stationed along the Mexico border in California and Texas. They were grateful to receive the packages!
