Dear Parents and Guardians,
I’m excited to share that our Boys Basketball team has officially qualified for the State Tournament in Minneapolis! This is only the third time in school history that our boys have earned a state berth, so it’s a big moment for our community. We want to make sure our students, staff and families have the chance to head down to the cities to support them, so we’ve decided to adjust our schedule for that week so everyone can join in the fun.
Calendar Adjustments
To allow our fans to attend the games, we are making the following changes to the school calendar:
No School: Thursday, March 26 and Friday, March 27.
School IN Session: Monday, March 23 and Thursday, April 2. (These days will replace the tournament dates to ensure we meet our required instructional hours.)
Rescheduled Parent-Teacher Conferences
With the tournament travel taking place, we have moved our Parent-Teacher Conferences to the following dates:
Monday, March 30: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Tuesday, March 31: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
We know that shifting dates on short notice can be a bit of a challenge, and we really appreciate your flexibility and understanding. It’s a fun time for our community, and we’re glad we can make these adjustments to cheer on our athletes together. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
